Responsibilities
Manage and maintain online store operations (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
Plan and execute monthly promotions, campaign participation, and discount strategies.
Optimize product listings with attractive visuals, accurate descriptions, and SEO-friendly titles.
Coordinate product photography and creative content for online use.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data to improve conversion rates.
Monitor competitor pricing, trends, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
Work closely with marketing and warehouse teams to ensure accurate stock updates and timely order fulfilment.
Handle customer inquiries and support to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
